The New Mexico Junior College Human Resources department is dedicated to maintaining an environment that develops, encourages, and protects the individualism and well being of all prospective, current and past employees and students. New Mexico Junior College Administration and Human Resources strive to provide leadership and guidance through the development and communication of sound policies and procedures that equally balance the needs of our employees and the college while ensuring compliance with federal and state law.
